Usually a weight loss diet is a system of therapies starting from food limitation and taking diet tablets and up to doing different sports exercises. The answer is- it really depends. Modern life favors immobile types of job, we don't need even to walk sometimes. Working at office or even at home, we start gaining the weight, and we can't stop that, as we don't have time for sports, for example. For some participants the sports part of weight loss diet was the most effective, while, on the other side, diet tablets were effective for several patients from different groups. The only way how we may limit the fat growing in our bodies is starting a weight loss diet. Regarding groups of patients, we may say that different parts of weight loss diet could influence differently, depending on the current patient and his organism. The question is what aspects of the weight loss diet are best and most efficient.
